We work extensively with teams to design dashboards that are effective and action-oriented. Each dashboard area is a decision information set. It contains tables, graphics and KPIs that support decisions.
Fragmented IT architectures are common in business. We build a business intelligence layer to integrate data from multiple sources, deliver new insights, and incorporate them into management processes.
We build the tools to provide managers with practical decision analysis and acting processes.
This includes dashboards, excel powered by live data, process integration with ERP or OSS and messaging agents.
Specific challenges require ad-hoc analytics. For example, we’ve designed a customer preference profiling to develop targeted marketing.
Management control analytics
With multiple non-integrated platforms, managing this hospitality group was a patchwork. We integrated all platforms using analytics and dashboards: created a profit centre structure, and restructured accounting. Every month our team sits with Silent Living management to review results and key indicators and work on further analysis.

Creative Management developed a complete business unit-centred management control model that is key to sustaining our business growth.
Data cleaning and analytics to support architecture integration
We develop an excel pilot project to extract and integrate multiple data sources. Extensive data quality analysis ensured consistency across sources.
Later we evolved for a Microsoft Power BI for more advanced ETL, data quality analysis and dashboards.
Dashboards provided a 360º vision of tower locations, assets, maintenance, rents paid, revenue assurance and site profitability.
Selected operational dashboards were implemented to support ongoing management decisions.
The data analysis also supported the data migration preparation for implementing the new ‘tower management solutions.
Creative Management's extensive data analysis, transformation and dashboards were vital for management and architecture transition to our platforms.
