Grant has 30 years of consultancy experience across the telecommunications, infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, with clients across the full value chain and scope of technologies.
Grant has a vast experience in strategy and organization, corporate restructuring, Merger & Acquisition and project financing. He has worked in several areas, from venture capital, private equity and infrastructure funds to technology, equipment and active service providers , as well as international development agencies and EU institutions in sectors that include: financial, renewables, telecommunications, public services, energy and utilities. He has worked extensively across Western & Eastern Europe, Africa, MENA and Latin America. Grant holds a Degree in Economics - (Honours) First Class – London School of Economics and Political Science, a Diplôme de Hautes Études Européens - (Distinction) Collège d’Europe, and a MBA (Distinction) - University of Warwick. Prior to Creative Management, Grant was the global coordinator of renewable energies at Arthur D. Little, Senior Partner at Deloitte Consulting: Iberian Managing Director, member of European Management Team and Global Board member.
Miguel has a multidisciplinary experience, with a main focus on organizational optimization and transformation, business modelling, planning & control and outsourcing.
The main focus of Miguel’s work is in organizational transformation, management, planning & control, business process reengineering, outsourcing and IT governance. His experience cover multiple sectors including telecommunications, public services, IT deliver, renewables, public services and utilities. Miguel has extensive international work experience in countries as Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Egypt, Mozambique, Turkey, Colombia and Canada. Miguel has a Master in Economics and Management of Science and Technology at ISEG and a Degree in Decision Systems Engineering. Miguel worked as Planning and Development Director for a telecommunications company, Business and Market Analyst for a cable television company in Portugal and Project Controller and IT Manager for a research institute. Miguel’s mother tongue is Portuguese and he is fluent in Spanish and English.
Gonçalo has more than 33 years of experience in corporate management, governmental and associative activities. He has lead companies in telecommunications, public administration and real estate.
Gonçalo is a corporate manager with a strategic and operational vision, delivering majors transformations in companies and internationalization projects. His core competences are in strategic management at C level. Gonçalo has worked in diverse sectors including telecommunications, public administration, real estate, banking and aviation. Gonçalo has a Law degree by the University of Coimbra. He has lead companies and institutes in several areas, such as telecommunications, public administration, real estate, banking, public associations, and internationalization projects. He was a board member of CTT, former CEO of Marconi and EPUL and founder of Maxitel, Portugalia Airlines and BAO. He was also Secretary of State of Transports and Communications. Gonçalo also has an extended association background, as the founder of APDC, the main public association of the telecommunications and IT industry in Portugal.
